Option 1: Standard Policy (15% Deposit)

 

Booking & Cancellation Policy

 

Payment Policy: To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total stay cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full 21 days before your arrival date.

 

We accept payment via bank transfer (BACS), PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

· The initial 15% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

· For cancellations made more than 21 days before arrival, only the deposit is retained.

· For cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival, the full cost of the booking is non-refundable.

· In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full cost of the booking is charged.

 

Goodwill Gesture: We understand that plans can change. Therefore, we are happy to offer one complimentary date change for your booking, provided the change is requested more than 21 days before your original arrival date and is subject to availability.

 

Travel Insurance: We cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policy for any reason, including weather, illness, or travel disruptions. We highly recommend that all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance for their stay.

 

 

 

Option 2: Simplified Non-Refundable Rate (Full Payment)

 

Booking & Cancellation Policy

 

Payment Policy: To confirm your booking, full payment is required at the time of booking. This secures your dates at our best available non-refundable rate.

 

We accept payment via bank transfer (BACS), PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

 

Cancellation Policy: All bookings made under this rate are non-refundable.
